Return Policy

WAHUP will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Processing time is 5 - 7 business days after we receive the return.

To help expedite the processing of returns, please follow these instructions:

  1. Return auth number must be included with the return. (Contact us at contact@wahup.com for this number).
  2. All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.

The thong is super cute and the the quality of the stitching is great! No loose threads or anything like that! The cotton fabric is very soft which I love and it will be perfect for my honeymoon! The shipping was fast even coming from Canada. And the seller wrote a lovely note and gave stickers as well and had super cute packaging which was very secure and keeps it discrete so nobody knows what you bought. Thanks Carly! 💖
