HOW IT WORKS:

2. Fill out the personalized section if you’d like their name included.

3. Send your photo by messaging it to us through Etsy chat:
Please make sure the quality of the photo is good, the better the quality, the better the outcome of the portrait. If you'd like to send us a few options, we would be happy to choose the one we think will turn out best as we work off of one photo only.

4. We will work on your custom design.

5. We send you a proof after your purchase, prior to embroidering:
One revision is included in each purchase per pet, however should you request 2+ revisions or want us to use an entirely different photo than the one initially worked on, additional charges will apply due to the amount of work that goes into the artwork.

-Garment dyed for that lived in feel and almost no shrinkage at home.
-3-end cotton face fleece made with 100% cotton threads
-Relaxed fit
-1x1 rib collar, cuffs and waistband
-Rolled forward shoulder
-Signature twill label

-All one and two pet portraits are embroidered on the side, if you prefer to center them, please let us know, we would be happy to accommodate your preference!

*PLEASE NOTE - orders will be delayed and arrive after your original ETA range for the below reasonings:
-multiple revision requests
-new portrait requests from another photo
-delays in approving your proof
-submitting your photos later than your order date
*this apply to all orders - even ones with expedited shipping applied as this delayed production time.
