Custom sweatshirts, hoodies, and tees will usually have four embroidery positions:

➤On the chest: Left chest (above the heart), right chest, middle chest.
➤On the sleeve: Left sleeve or right sleeve (you can customize both, one side is free).
➤On the back of the shirt: In the middle.
➤In the hood for hoodies.

1- 2 business days (Outline and text embroidered products) | 2 - 3 days (for fully embroidered products)
✅ Custom products need to send clear, sharp images or according to image instructions.
✅ Let us know when you'd like to wear an oversized piece so we can design it for you.

➤ For return orders & Store policy:
- Only receive wrong embroidery, error embroidery , wrong size due to our store.
- Just need the embroidery order missing some parts, wrong shirt design (10% -50%)
- Charge 70% of the design fee for cancellations.
- In case you provide the wrong shipping address: We will charge a shipping fee of 30% of the order value or the shipping fee for the order (the value of the label we buy)
- Order Cancellations are accepted for 12 hours after your purchase.
