WAHUP LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides the mobile game WAHUP Match. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1) About this App

WAHUP Match is a casual puzzle game. Players match symbols across two reels, earn points, may appear on Apple Game Center leaderboards, and can optionally remove ads via a one‑time in‑app purchase.

2) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old. If you are 13–17, a parent/guardian must accept these Terms.
  • No account is required. If you use Apple Game Center, you also agree to Apple’s terms for that service.

3) License & Ownership

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. All content (art, code, audio, and branding) is owned by WAHUP LLC or our licensors.

4) In‑App Purchases

  • Remove Ads is a one‑time purchase tied to your Apple ID.
  • Prices and availability may change. Taxes may apply.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple. See the Purchase & Refund Policy for details.

5) Ads & Third‑Party Services

The app may show banner and interstitial ads (delivered by Google Mobile Ads). External links may open in your device browser or an in‑app web view. We are not responsible for third‑party content or policies.

6) Leaderboards & Sharing

If you enable Game Center, your nickname and scores can appear on leaderboards. When you share a screenshot, iOS opens the system share sheet; what you share and where you share it is your choice.

7) Acceptable Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app.
  • Do not use cheats, automation, or interfere with leaderboards.
  • Do not violate any laws or third‑party rights.

8) Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAHUP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from or related to your use of the app.

10) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WAHUP LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app or breach of these Terms.

11) Termination & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in‑app or on our site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
