Information We Collect

Automatically

  • Device & app info (e.g., app version, device model, OS version, language, time zone).
  • Usage events (e.g., screens viewed, matches, level‑ups), and crash logs.
  • Advertising data (e.g., ad impressions, approximate location inferred from IP for ad delivery, Apple’s IDFA if you allow tracking).

You Choose to Share

  • Game Center data (nickname and scores) handled by Apple.
  • Support emails you send us.
  • Screenshots you share via the iOS share sheet—we don’t receive them unless you send them to us.

How We Use Information

  • Operate and improve the game (ads, leaderboards, analytics, crash diagnostics).
  • Prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Ads & Personalization

We use Google Mobile Ads to show ads. By default, we request non‑personalized (contextual) ads. If you grant tracking/ATT consent and enable personalized ads in Settings, Google may use your ad identifier and activity to personalize ads. You can reset your Advertising Identifier and change ad tracking preferences in iOS Settings.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (ad networks, analytics/crash vendors, Apple for Game Center and App Store) and as required by law. In a business transfer (e.g., merger/acquisition), data may be transferred with appropriate protections.

Data Retention

  • Analytics and crash data: typically up to 24 months.
  • Support emails: retained as needed to resolve your request, then archived per legal requirements.
  • Local app data (e.g., best score): stored on your device until you delete the app.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to delete it.

Your Choices & Rights

  • Personalized ads: keep disabled in‑app or in iOS Settings.
  • Advertising ID: reset or limit ad tracking in iOS Settings.
  • Privacy rights (e.g., California/CPRA): request access or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Because we don’t keep user accounts, verification options are limited.
  • Do Not Sell/Share (California): we do not sell personal information. If personalized ads are considered “sharing,” you can opt out by keeping personalization disabled.

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
